Project Overview
Langjiu is a renowned and top-tier Chinese liquor brand with decades of heritage and outstanding industry reputation, ranking among the top three liquor enterprises in China. As a large-scale modern manufacturing group focusing on high-quality liquor brewing, it owns a world-class industrial manor and standardized production bases, with extremely strict requirements for production water quality, plant operational stability and intelligent management. This project involves the design and implementation of a full-set electrical automation control system for the Langjiu Maoxi water supply plant. Adopting a mature and reliable PC + PLC distributed control architecture, the system integrates remote upper-computer monitoring, on-site equipment operation control, energy consumption data supervision, full-plant video surveillance and safety monitoring functions, realizing intelligent and unmanned automated management of the entire water plant.
Real-time Monitoring Capabilities
Operators can remotely and real-time monitor all core water quality and operational data in the central control room, including water turbidity, pH value, filter tank liquid level, clean water tank level, residual chlorine, water flow and water pressure of finished water. Meanwhile, the system supports real-time data collection and remote monitoring of the entire low-voltage power distribution system, covering key electrical parameters such as operating current and voltage of all power distribution equipment.
Automatic Equipment & Process Control
In addition to real-time data viewing and status monitoring, the platform supports remote start-stop control and linkage adjustment of all electrical and water treatment equipment in the plant. It fully automates the whole water production process from raw water filtration, water quality treatment to finished water delivery. The system effectively meets the standard of refined, digital and intelligent management for modern water plants.
