Project Overview
This electrical automation control system is customized for a large-scale instant noodle processing factory, aiming to solve the problems of inconsistent manual process parameters, unstable product taste and low production consistency in traditional food production. Adopting a mature centralized management and distributed execution control architecture, the system realizes full-process automatic monitoring, precise parameter adjustment and standardized production management for instant noodle processing, helping food enterprises achieve standardized, intelligent and stable batch production.
System Composition & Technical Architecture
The project takes Mitsubishi FX3U CPU as the core control unit, paired with on-site industrial HMI touch screens and upper-computer management system to build a stable and efficient food-grade automatic control platform. Equipped with distributed I/O modules and multi-type high-precision sensors, including temperature sensors, pressure sensors, speed sensors, material level sensors and weight sensors, the system achieves real-time, high-frequency collection and dynamic monitoring of all core process data throughout the production line.
Core Process Control Functions
The system covers the whole-process automatic control of instant noodle production, including dough mixing, calendering, steaming, frying and drying procedures. It accurately monitors key technological indicators such as dough mixing humidity, calendering thickness, steaming temperature, frying oil temperature, frying duration and drying air volume.
According to pre-set standard production formulas, the system automatically adjusts the operating status of equipment in each production section intelligently and quantitatively. It realizes precise control of dough mixer rotating speed and water addition ratio, accurate adjustment of calender roller gap, steamer conveyor speed setting, as well as dynamic regulation of frying pan temperature and material residence time. Through closed-loop automatic control, the project effectively unifies the production standards of each batch, stably guarantees core product indicators such as noodle texture, elasticity and rehydration performance, and greatly reduces product defective rate caused by manual operation errors.
Operation & Management Advantages
The on-site HMI visual interface supports real-time viewing of production data, one-click formula switching, parameter modification and equipment status query, which is convenient for workers to quickly adjust production specifications and meet diversified product production needs. The upper computer management system realizes centralized production data statistics, process record archiving and production traceability, which conforms to the standardized management requirements of the food industry and provides reliable data support for factory quality inspection and production optimization.
