Project Overview

This dual power supply cabinet system is a core power guarantee facility customized for a key university in Guinea. Tailored to local power grid characteristics and the diversified power consumption demands of campus teaching, scientific research and daily life, the system provides reliable and continuous power supply for teaching buildings, laboratories, office areas and living quarters. It effectively guarantees stable campus operation, normal teaching order and daily life comfort for teachers and students, solving the problems of unstable grid voltage and frequent power outages in local areas.

Environmental Adaptability & Structural Design

Adopting an integrated fully enclosed cabinet structure, the equipment features excellent dustproof, moisture-proof and anti-electromagnetic interference performance. The optimized structural design perfectly adapts to the high-temperature, dusty and humid tropical climate environment in Guinea, ensuring long-term stable operation of electrical equipment under harsh on-site conditions. All internal circuits and functional areas are reasonably partitioned with clear circuit markings and status indicator lights, greatly facilitating daily inspection, maintenance and troubleshooting for on-site electricians.

Core Configuration & Working Principle

The system is equipped with high-performance intelligent ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch), high-quality circuit breakers and other core electrical components. It adopts a dual-power switching mode combining municipal main power supply and diesel generator standby power supply, realizing partition precision power distribution for different campus loads.

Under normal operating conditions, the system takes municipal electricity as the main power source, with a built-in high-precision voltage monitoring module conducting real-time detection of grid voltage, current and operating status. Once the main power supply fails, experiences voltage loss or abnormal fluctuation, the intelligent ATS device completes automatic switching to the diesel generator standby power supply within milliseconds. Meanwhile, the system can automatically trigger the start of the standby generator to ensure uninterrupted power supply for key loads.

Functional Advantages & Project Value

In addition to automatic intelligent switching, the system supports local manual switching operation to meet diverse maintenance and emergency working conditions. The whole switching process is stable, smooth and impact-free, effectively avoiding equipment surge damage and ensuring the safety of rear-end electrical equipment. With high operational reliability, strong environmental adaptability and simple later maintenance, the dual power distribution system builds a solid and safe power guarantee for the long-term stable operation of the university campus.
