It adopts European three-compartment modular structure, optimized for the fluctuation characteristics of renewable energy power output, with enhanced anti-overload, anti-harmonic and anti-surge performance compared with conventional box substations. Two mainstream configurations are available: PV step-up box substation and wind power booster box substation. The transformer adopts high-efficiency low-loss amorphous alloy or SCB14 dry-type transformer to reduce power generation loss; built-in special anti-harmonic filter, DC lightning protection device, SVG reactive power dynamic compensation system, intelligent remote telemetry & telecontrol module, supporting 4G/optical fiber communication to realize real-time data upload to cloud monitoring platform. The cabinet is upgraded to IP54 full rainproof & dustproof structure, with thickened heat dissipation channel to adapt long-term full-load fluctuating power output; optional salt-fog resistant stainless steel shell for coastal offshore wind projects, anti-sand coating for desert photovoltaic bases. Equipped with arc suppression, overvoltage, overcurrent, temperature over-limit multi-layer protection logic to adapt unstable renewable energy input.
