    European Type Combined Prefabricated Substation is modular compartmentalized outdoor power distribution equipment fully compliant with IEC 62271-202, IEC 60076 and GB/T 17467 standardsSolarasia. The whole unit is divided into three independent sealed compartments: HV switchgear room, transformer room and LV distribution room with complete physical isolation, which greatly improves operation safety and maintenance convenience. Our European box substation supports both cast resin dry-type transformer and oil-immersed transformer, equipped with RMU ring main unit, vacuum circuit breaker, intelligent relay protection, reactive power compensation cabinet and remote monitoring module as standard options. The cabinet frame adopts thick cold-rolled steel or aluminum composite panel with electrostatic epoxy anti-corrosion coating, standard IP33D protection grade, upgradable to IP54 for coastal, high-dust and rainy areas. Built-in anti-condensation heater, temperature control fan, internal lighting and pressure relief channel to eliminate arc hazards under short-circuit faults. Modular design allows flexible expansion of HV incoming/outgoing loops, LV feeder circuits and compensation capacity; all core components can be configured with ABB, Schneider, Siemens or domestic top-tier brands to meet global project certification requirements. It features low noise ≤55dB, long service life over 25 years, and passes full factory tests including temperature rise, short-circuit withstand and partial discharge before delivery. Supported by our full high & low voltage industrial chain, this product can be matched with KYN28 HV switchgear, GGD/GCS/MNS LV cabinets and JP integrated distribution boxes to deliver one-stop complete power distribution solutions for global projects.
